Role Overview As the Client Relations & Operations Lead, you will be the key link between our clients, the clinical team, and management. Your role will ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional customer experience, and efficient handling of business processes. You will take ownership of both client-facing interactions and backend operational coordination to drive growth and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead client relations: welcome, engage, and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless experience. Manage appointment scheduling, bookings, and client communications. Oversee the front desk and day-to-day operations of the centre. Maintain strong client relationships and handle queries or concerns with professionalism. Support business growth through upselling, membership management, and client retention strategies. Coordinate with aestheticians and management for smooth service delivery.
