Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Relations Executive to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Malayalam and skilled in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. This role focuses on building new client connections, exploring business opportunities, and ensuring excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Document and track client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Analyze client feedback to recommend service improvements.
• Prepare reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and business development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in any field
• Fluency in English, Malayalam
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Experience in a similar field is a bonus.

Salary: Will be discussed during the interview and will depend on skills and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
