Client Relations Executive

Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Associate at Tarasri, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers visiting our showroom. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers with elegance, engage in meaningful conversations to build connections, and ensure that every customer has a special and memorable experience at Tarasri. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers with elegance and warmth. - Build genuine connections through conversations to make customers feel comfortable. - Assist customers in exploring Tarasri's collections. - Support the sales team by providing excellent customer care at every stage. - Maintain long-term relationships by remembering client preferences and special occasions. - Ensure every customer leaves Tarasri with a positive and memorable experience. Qualifications Required: - Women candidates with a natural flair for communication and relationship building. - Must have a pleasant, cheerful, and approachable personality. - Fluent in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi. - Previous experience in customer service, retail, front office, or hospitality is a plus (but not mandatory). - Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance.
