Client Relations Executive

As a Client Relations Executive in Pune, your role involves serving as the main point of contact for clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. You will assist in managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients by communicating project updates and gathering feedback to improve services. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and support the business development team in lead generation and client outreach.
