As a Client Relations Executive / Client Success Executive at our company, your main role will be to act as a friendly point of contact for clients and support their needs. You will need to communicate client requirements clearly with internal teams, build and maintain strong client relationships, handle queries with a positive and solution-oriented mindset, and assist in preparing updates, reports, and presentations.
