Role Overview:
The Corporate Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and managing relationships with company HRs and hiring teams, understanding their recruitment needs, and coordinating end-to-end hiring processes with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with HRs and hiring managers of partner companies.
Collect and understand Job Descriptions (JDs) and hiring requirements for ongoing vacancies.
Manage and guide the internal sourcing team to share relevant candidate profiles aligned to the requirements.
Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback between companies and candidates.
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and communication records.
Ensure smooth execution of hiring drives and recruitment activities.
Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to build professional relationships and handle client interactions confidently.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in recruitment/HR/BD (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic computer and documentation skills.
