Fatronz Info Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Bangalore-based company specializing in background verification and field audit services across South India. We are growing rapidly and now setting up our new office in Tirur, Kerala, to handle client relations, HR, and administrative operations. We work with some of India’s top background verification companies, ensuring quality, accuracy, and trust in every case we handle.

Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic and professional Client Relations Executive to manage communication and coordination with our corporate clients. You will serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, timely updates, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily communication with client representatives through email, calls, and chat.
• Coordinate with internal operations and reporting teams for case updates and clarifications.
• Prepare and send daily/weekly MIS reports to clients.
• Track case status, turnaround times (TAT), and ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Assist in managing client escalations and ensure proper resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support client onboarding and feedback collection.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate (Any discipline).
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or corporate communication; preferably B2B sector (Service or IT Segment).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong email etiquette and professional communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM usage.
• Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive work.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and long-term career mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
