Client Relations Executive

Job Overview:

The Client Relations Executive acts as a bridge between the client and the creative team. The role involves understanding client requirements, ensuring timely delivery of projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting the growth of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client objectives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective creative solutions.
• Prepare project briefs, timelines, and track deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
• Gather feedback and manage revisions between client and creative team.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain client database and reporting documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing or account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or creative agency).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Good understanding of creative/design workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Positive attitude, team player, and problem-solver mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
