We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist specializing in architectural design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visualizations, models, and animations that bring architectural concepts to life. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and attention to detail to create visually compelling and realistic designs that align with client specifications and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed and accurate 3D models of architectural spaces, buildings, and landscapes using industry-standard software.

Produce photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs to effectively visualize concepts.

Develop and apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to enhance the visual impact of architectural renderings.

Optimize materials for rendering efficiency and quality.

Create 3D animations and virtual walkthroughs to provide dynamic visual presentations.

Stay updated with the latest software, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization and architecture.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in 3D models and rendering pipelines.

Maintain organized project files, assets, and documentation for efficient workflow and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, 3D Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Auto cad, Adobe Photoshop

Proficiency with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.

Experience with AR/VR tools or software (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production.

Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic architectural renderings and animations.

Other Skills:

Knowledge of building construction and architectural design processes.

Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit.

Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.
