Client Partner - VP

As an experienced Client Partner, your role will involve managing a wide range of programs and ensuring their successful delivery to add maximum value to the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as a liaison between clients and management for business executions. - Ensuring contracts are fulfilled and services/products are deployed. - Understanding client needs and identifying business opportunities. - Negotiating business contracts and costs with customers. - Developing customized programs to meet client requirements. - Providing client consultations about company products/services. - Developing business proposals and making product presentations. - Building positive relationships with clients. - Working in compliance with company standards and business guidelines. - Developing account strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets. - Assessing potential business risks and developing mitigation plans. - Identifying business opportunities with existing clients to meet revenue goals. - Providing outstanding services and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Addressing customer concerns and queries promptly and accurately. Qualifications required for this role include: - Full-time MBA from a TIER-1 college. - Experience working in Consulting firms (Big 4's, MBB's). - Proven experience as a Client Partner. - Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques. - Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics. - Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting. - Business acumen with a strategic ability. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills. Preferred Experience and Skills: - Experience in a GCC Setup. - Professional service delivery experience in a multinational organization. - Conceptual knowledge of modern enterprise technology. - Understanding of CSAT/NPS frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and related tools.,
