About the Role

Sales Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales/Client Partner to plan and achieve revenue & P&L goals.
  • Drive sales growth and position the company as an innovative and scalable brand.
  • Develop, manage, and expand the sales pipeline across multiple service lines.
  • Stay updated on competitors and market trends to effectively position solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with CXOs and decision-makers of mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team through regular meetings and performance tracking.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Participate in RFPs and bidding processes.

  • Candidates with experience in Cyber Security/Cloud/Digital Technologies Sales will be preferred

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/BE/B.Tech
  • 6-20 years of proven experience in

    IT Sales / Business Development

    .
  • Strong network and experience in handling enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
