Job Description

Role Overview

Client Partner

deliverables. The Client Partner will manage a team of Client Delivery Managers and serve as

the strategic point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth Focus

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that align client needs with Droidal’s AI and

technology capabilities.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping shape their transformation journeys.

Relationship Management

• Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships

with C-level and senior stakeholders.

• Lead client satisfaction efforts, ensuring proactive engagement and retention.

Account Growth & Revenue Ownership

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding client roadmaps and

aligning them with Droidal’s offerings.

• Own P&L responsibilities and revenue targets for assigned accounts.

• Drive renewals, expansions, and new service opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to co-create and deliver value

based, scalable solutions.

Project Oversight & Delivery Governance

• Oversee delivery of projects through a team of Client Delivery Managers.

• Ensure quality execution, timely delivery, and consistent client communication.

• Proactively manage risks, resolve escalations, and maintain service excellence.

Market & Product Feedback

• Capture client insights, market trends, and feedback to inform internal product and

solution enhancements.

• Act as the voice of the customer in internal strategy discussions.

Required Skillsets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Business acumen combined with a solid understanding of technology and digital

transformation.

• Ability to translate business needs into strategic opportunities and technology solutions.

• Leadership experience in managing cross-functional delivery teams and stakeholder

alignment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in client-facing roles across account management and delivery.

• Proven success in managing enterprise accounts with revenue responsibility.

• Background in AI, automation, technology services, or healthcare delivery is preferred.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
