Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Onboarding Specialist located in Ajmer. The Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Key responsibilities include gathering client requirements, coordinating with different teams to set up accounts and services, providing training and guidance on product and service usage, addressing client queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and assisting with ongoing client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new clients after sales closure.
  • Collect and verify all required client documents, credentials, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Explain services, timelines, and deliverables clearly to clients.
  • Set up client details in CRM/tools and maintain accurate onboarding records.
  • Act as the single point of contact during the onboarding phase.
  • Ensure timely kickoff of services and resolve onboarding-related queries.
  • Follow up with clients for pending inputs and approvals.
  • Maintain a positive client experience and satisfaction during onboarding.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing services.
  • CRM & documentation handling skills.
  • Problem-solving and client-handling mindset.
