Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Client Management Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying and bidding for projects on platforms such as Freelancer and Upwork, as well as ensuring the successful acquisition and management of these projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relations, and project management, with a keen focus on meeting and exceeding set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Bidding and Target Achievement: Actively seek and bid on potential projects on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, etc.
Analyse project requirements and craft compelling bids to secure contracts.Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Develop strategies to increase bid success rates and project confirmations.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service and regular communication.Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.Provide clients with regular updates and reports on project status.

Market Analysis and Strategy: Keep abreast of market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.Contribute insights to the management team for strategic planning.

Performance Reporting:Regularly report on bidding activities, project acquisition success, and client feedback.
Analyze performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, client management, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Preferred Strong experience in online bidding platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in project management principles.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
