Job Description

Position Overview

As a Client Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, serving as the bridge between their needs and our internal teams. Your main objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and drive account growth. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance to help them succeed. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell/cross-sell additional services or products. Drive revenue growth by demonstrating the value of our solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, requests, and escalations. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure client success.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute strategies that align with their business objectives. Provide proactive recommendations and insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Proactively identify potential risks and work to mitigate them.
  • Monitor and report on key client metrics and performance indicators, ensuring client goals are met.

Eligibility

Education: Requirement of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in Marketing.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience

Work Location: J-8/88 III F, Block J, Rajouri Garden Extension, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, Delhi, 110027.

Skills Required

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse client personalities.
  • Proven ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and resolving client challenges.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
