Client Experience Executive

What Youll Do

Client Visit Management

• Manage and coordinate client visits based on planned itineraries
• Act as the single point of contact for clients during their visit
• Ensure flawless execution of schedules, logistics, and in-office arrangements
  

Travel & Logistics Coordination

• Work with the Travel Desk to support visas and travel documentation
• Handle hotel bookings and client accommodation needs
• Coordinate airport transfers and in-city transportation
  

Hospitality & Administrative Support

• Arrange in-office meals and book restaurants for external dinners
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure all setups and equipment are ready
  

Financial & Event Support

• Track and reconcile expenses related to client visits
• Raise invoices in alignment with finance timelines
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to organize events and engagement activities
  

What Were Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree (Business Administration, Hospitality, or similar preferred)
• Experience in client servicing, hospitality management, or event coordination
• Corporate or professional services experience is a plus
  

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a strong client-first mindset
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
