Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions/services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain client data, follow-up schedules, and updates in CRM or tracking tools.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through processes.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve services and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share reports on client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates.
  • Support sales/BD team in upselling or cross-selling company services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,409.52 per month
