Job Description

You will be working as a Client Data Specialist within the Operations team, focusing on reviewing and enhancing data collection and verification processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of KYC records. Your role will involve managing multiple tasks efficiently and utilizing digital tools to improve processes and enhance client experience. - Manage a team by providing coaching, feedback, and tracking individual performance. - Address service issues escalated by internal or external customers effectively. - Make independent decisions based on data, insight, and experience. - Communicate continuously with the team, provide timely feedback, and organize workflow efficiently. - Support client onboarding processes including AML and KYC requirement fulfillment. - Demonstrated ability in team development, management, coaching, and motivation. - Flexibility to adapt to interim projects and business requirements. - Knowledge of banking products and experience in leading process and organizational change. - Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication and presentation abilities. - Preferred experience in AML, Compliance, Fraud, KYC, or Operational Risk. - Proficiency in mainframe and PC systems, with advanced skills in MS Office.,
