Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, understanding and addressing client needs

Provide accurate, prompt support to ensure clients feel valued

Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction

Relay relevant information to clients and internal teams

Stay adaptable in a dynamic work environment

Ensure adherence to company and hospital policies during interactions

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries

Efficiently handle a high volume of calls

Prioritize issues and escalate when necessary

Route calls to appropriate departments when needed

Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and process completion

Document call details according to company SOPs

Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate to technical teams

Multitask and manage internal software platforms

Respond to emails when needed

Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong listening skills and empathy for clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work weekends and in different shifts

A background in home science is a plus

Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office

1-10 years of international voice process experience is advantageous

Knowledge of customer service best practices

High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach
