Duration of Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience Salary: As per industry standards Job Location: Jambughoda, Gujarat (70km’s from Vadodara) The key aspects of the role would be: Enhancing patient experience during their stay at Alpha Healing Center. Ensuring compliance to treatment post – discharge. Strengthening the interface with the family. Family Interface: First point of contact with family members. Address all family related concerns during patient stay. Coordinate with clinical team for medical concerns. Coordinate with administration for non-clinical concerns. Coordinate family update calls with clinical team. Facilitate discharge. Communication with family to plan discharge. Coordinate with clinical team to ensure discharge summary. Coordinate with administration for non-clinical aspects. Daily Check-In: Daily check – in with all patients during the course of the day. These would be unstructured conversations spread through the day, with the aim of encouraging engagement and focusing on the overall client experience (on the lines of patient experience in hospitals) Liaison with clinical and non-clinical team to address any concerns raised by patients. Ensure compliance to sessions – follow up with patients and clinicians real – time in case of absenteeism. Crisis intervention 24 x 7 (with support of the Resident Psychiatrist/Consultant Psychiatrist). Group Psychotherapy: Two sessions per week Filling in for other groups in absence of a therapist Individual Sessions: Clinical management of assigned patients through individual and group therapy sessions. Psychological interventions to treat a range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Comprehensive psych diagnostic assessments using standardized tests. Setting therapeutic goals and guiding patients in achieving personal, social, and vocational adjustment. Collaboration with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic clinical care. Admission: Support the clinical and administration team in admission process Explain all aspects of the clinical program to the patient and family Follow-Up: Work with Admissions Coordinator for follow ups and post-discharge check-ins. Documentation: Group psychotherapy sessions Community Meetings and Process Meeting: Alternate day’s community meeting at 9pm. Conducting meeting in the absence of Client Manager. Conducting process meeting in the absence of Client Manager. Required Skills and Qualifications: MPhil in Psychiatric Social Worker or a related field. Experience in facilitating group therapy and using biofeedback techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to engage and motivate patients. Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
