They oversee medication management and supervise detox to ensure patient safety during withdrawal. In crises, they handle psychiatric emergencies and support distressed patients. Treatment planning involves collaboration with the Clinical Psychologist, Counseling Psychologist, and other team members to create and adjust plans. Clinical documentation is maintained for assessments, prescriptions, and progress notes. They consult senior doctors for treatment guidance and participate in team meetings to review patient progress. Compliance is ensured by signing admission forms per MHCA guidelines and adhering to psychiatric regulations.
