We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join the team at Alpha Healing Center located in Jambughoda, Gujarat (70kms from Vadodara). The ideal candidate should hold an MD/DPM degree and possess excellent fluency in English along with strong communication skills. The salary offered will be as per industry standards. As a Psychiatrist at Alpha Healing Center, your responsibilities will include conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing suitable treatment plans for patients. You will be in charge of medication management and supervising detox procedures to ensure the safety of patients during the withdrawal process. In case of psychiatric emergencies, you will handle crises and provide support to distressed individuals. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with Clinical Psychologists, Counseling Psychologists, and other team members to create and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation for assessments, prescriptions, and progress notes will be part of your routine. Additionally, you will consult with senior doctors for treatment guidance and actively participate in team meetings to review patient progress.
