Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to serve as the vital link between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, understanding project requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination for timely and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during all phases of a project. Understand and document client requirements clearly and comprehensively. Communicate client expectations and project specifications effectively to internal teams. Collaborate with internal departments (design, development, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Monitor project timelines and update clients on progress, challenges, or changes. Schedule and lead client meetings, status calls, and feedback sessions. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, requirements, and project developments. Support in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with tight deadlines. Organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
