Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.) • Conceptualize, plan, and oversee UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns and TVC/digital commercial content in collaboration with the creative and production teams. • Manage day-to-day social media posting, community engagement, and influencer collaborations. • Create and monitor paid digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to drive brand growth and conversions. • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize campaign ROI. • Stay updated with the latest social and digital trends, tools, and algorithm changes. • Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to maintain cohesive brand storytelling across all content formats. • Handle brand communications and ensure all social content aligns with the company’s tone and objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing. • Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing UGC and TVC campaigns. • Strong understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and paid ad management. • Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and communication skills. • Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut) is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
