Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid campaigns using Meta Suite, Google Ads, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with the creative team for visuals, videos, and captions.
• Monitor analytics, prepare monthly reports, and optimize performance.
• Handle community engagement — respond to comments, DMs, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients for campaigns, product launches, and brand positioning.
• Stay updated with current social trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and content scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with experience in using insights to improve engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajendra Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
