Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can be the bridge between creativity and communication. This role requires someone who can confidently handle client interactions, track project progress, gather insights, and maintain an active digital presence for the firm.

Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
Track trends, create briefs for creatives, and coordinate with the design/editing team
Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and grow the community organically
Maintain monthly reports and analytics to improve performance
Plan content calendars, create content when required and feature in it.
Act as the point of contact for clients—gather briefs, schedule meetings, and update on project status
Maintain project trackers, timelines, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
Collect feedback, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless client experience
Document minutes of meetings and share actionable updates with the team
Market Research & Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with the latest in content, marketing, and social media trends
Keep tabs on competitor strategies and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and people skills—written and verbal
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a creative environment
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and Instagram Insights is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
