Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

* Coordinate client requirements, timelines, and deliverables

* Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients

* Ensure accurate documentation of client communication and agreements

* Track project progress and ensure timely execution as per client expectations

* Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally

* Maintain client records, databases, and reports

* Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining processes

* Support with client reports and updates

* Identify opportunities to improve client experience and satisfaction

Skills & Competencies:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities

* High attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously

* Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach

* Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

* Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

* 1–3 years of experience in client handling, coordination, or customer-facing roles

* Experience in service-based or project-driven environments is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
