Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Client Coordinator to support our business operations and client communication. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling and capable of handling professional coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calling)
• Coordinate closely with the Executive Assistant on daily tasks
• Handle client and internal email communication
• Prepare and share MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
• Schedule meetings and follow up on action items
• Maintain communication records and trackers

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Professional email etiquette

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in client coordination or support roles
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
