Key Responsibilities

• Client Management:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

• Coordination:

  Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.

• Requirement Handling:

  Communicate client requirements clearly to the internal team and follow up on progress.

• Problem Solving:

  Address client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

• Reporting:

  Prepare reports on account status and client feedback.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender:

  Female Candidates Only.

• Experience:

  1 to 2 years of proven experience in

  Client Handling, Customer Success, or Account Coordination.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

• Skills:

  Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

• Bonus Skill:

  Previous experience in the Recruitment/Staffing industry is an

  added advantage

  (but not required).
