Job Description

Role & responsibilities:-

* Establish and maintain effective communication with clients in both English and Hindi.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are addressed promptly.

* Document and communicate project updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups.

* Prepare client-related reports, presentations, and correspondence.

* Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with company standards.

* We are not formulation manufacturing company

* Arranging meeting with customers to Business Development Team.

* This job is not having field work.

* We are manufacturing of API's, intermediates and fine/speciality chemicals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be graduate from Science
  • Should have knowledge about MS office, Excel, Power point.
  • Should be fluent in English and Hindi
