Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to lead our corporate tie-ups and student placement efforts. The primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, onboard, and maintain relationships with companies, securing placement opportunities for students trained at our institute. This role involves executing MoUs, building a hiring pipeline, and ensuring successful placement outcomes for students across various technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Onboarding & Partnerships:

Identify and reach out to potential hiring partners across industries. Establish long-term partnerships by presenting our training capabilities and student profiles.

  • MoU Execution:

Initiate and formalize Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with companies for student internships, live projects, and placement support.

  • Placement Coordination:

Work closely with internal placement teams and trainers to map student strengths with industry requirements. Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and hiring events.

  • Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure recurring hiring and consistent engagement with our institute.

  • Market Research:

Stay updated with industry hiring trends and job market dynamics. Identify sectors with high placement potential and align student training accordingly.

  • Brand Promotion:

Represent the institute in external corporate meetings, job fairs, HR summits, and networking events to increase brand visibility and trust.

  • Data & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of companies approached, MoUs signed, interviews conducted, and placement outcomes. Provide regular reports to management

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of technical hiring requirements (Java, Python, Data Science, etc.).
  • Prior experience working with training institutes, finishing schools, or colleges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred in Marketing, HR, or Business Development).
  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate tie-ups, B2B client acquisition, placement coordination, preferably in the edtech or training industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with employment trends in IT sectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
