Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Generate leads using platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online marketplaces.
  • Connect with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective client acquisition strategies.
  • Track progress and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 1–3 years of experience in client acquisition, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT or service-based industries).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email automation platforms.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
