About the Role

Client Support Coordinator / Client Account Manager

Note:

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for assigned client accounts.

• Understand client hiring needs

  and job specifications for IT and related technical positions.

• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team

  to ensure timely delivery of qualified and shortlisted candidates.

• Schedule interviews

  and manage end-to-end coordination between clients and candidates.

• Track candidate progress

  through all recruitment stages from sourcing to onboarding.

• Maintain accurate and updated documentation

  of client communications and candidate status in the recruitment CRM/ATS.

• Address client feedback

  , resolve queries, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders when required.

• Prepare and share regular recruitment progress reports

  and status updates with clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  
• 3-5 years of experience in

  client coordination, account management, or recruitment operations

  (preferably in IT staffing).
• Strong understanding of

  recruitment processes

  and familiarity with

  ATS/CRM tools

  .
• Excellent

  communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Ability to

  multi-task and manage multiple client accounts

  efficiently.
