Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Manager based in Delhi, India. The Claims Manager will oversee and manage insurance claims processes, ensuring timely resolution and a high standard of service. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing claims, liaising with clients and insurance providers, maintaining accurate records, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The Claims Manager will ensure compliance with industry standards and work collaboratively across teams to achieve efficiency in claims handling.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Claims Handling and Claims Management processes
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims, with the ability to assess and manage policy details effectively
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate claim details and resolve complexities
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with claims software and reporting tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance industry or claims management role is highly advantageous
