Site Engineer / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work progress as per the project plan.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Interpret and execute construction drawings and plans accurately.
• Ensure quality control by monitoring construction methods and materials used.
• Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material usage.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and address any hazards promptly.
• Liaise with project managers and engineers for timely issue resolution.
• Monitor and ensure completion of work within the given timelines and budget.
• Oversee material procurement and inventory management at the site.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software (preferred).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Work Environment & Conditions

• Work is primarily at construction sites; requires flexibility to work extended hours if needed.
• May involve travel between multiple project locations.
