Job Description

The Civil (Site) Engineer will oversee and manage all construction and maintenance works across Olive Resorts’ properties. The role demands close supervision of on-site activities, coordination with contractors, adherence to design, quality, and safety standards, and ensuring project completion within stipulated timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• They must review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and related design documents, ensuring that work is executed as per approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
• The role also involves tracking project progress, managing site resources, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• The engineer will be expected to estimate material, labor, and overall project costs while maintaining quality assurance and ensuring timely delivery.
• They should be able to provide technical support, resolve on-site issues efficiently, and prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects is mandatory, with 5–7 years of overall relevant experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
