Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:

Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities related to

  interior finishing

  ,

  HVAC

  ,

  plumbing

  ,

  firefighting

  , and

  electrical (MEP)

  works.
• Monitor execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with various vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Supervise and inspect

  plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, carpentry, HVAC ducting, and MEP installations

  .
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
• Assist in preparing daily progress reports, quality checklists, and resource requirements.
• Report to the Project Manager regarding the status of site work, delays, or any critical issues.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients as required.
• Perform quantity estimations and support procurement of required materials.
• Track progress against project timelines and highlight delays or bottlenecks proactively.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Civil Engineering

  .

• 2 to 4 years

  of site-based experience in

  interior, finishing, HVAC, and MEP works

  for

  commercial buildings

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  construction methods

  ,

  material specifications

  , and

  project management tools

  .
• Ability to read and interpret

  architectural, structural, HVAC & MEP drawings

  .
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project planning tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to relocate or work locally in

  Sonipat, Haryana

  .
• Must arrange
