We are looking for a passionate Civil Engineer who is eager to share knowledge, inspire learners, and contribute to shaping the next generation of industry-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality training sessions on civil engineering and BIM-related software tools.
• Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and project-based learning modules.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and case studies for effective learning.
• Provide individual guidance and mentorship to students.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices and software advancements.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.

Preferred Software Knowledge

• AutoCAD – Drafting and detailing.
• STAAD.Pro / ETABS – Structural analysis and design.
• Revit (Architecture/Structure) – BIM modeling and collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in structural engineering and BIM concepts.
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred (not mandatory if passionate about teaching).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with learners and simplify complex technical topics.
• Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
