Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler Faculty, based in Kozhikode. The BIM Modeler Faculty will be responsible for conducting training sessions in Building Information Modeling (BIM), creating and maintaining accurate 3D models, and providing consultation to students and industry professionals. Daily tasks include preparing instructional materials, delivering lectures, assessing student performance, and staying updated with the latest BIM software and techniques. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty members to ensure a high standard of education and training in BIM technology.

MEP BIM

Qualifications

M-tech/ B-tech/ B-Arch in Civil / Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

• Proficiency in BIM software's like Revit, Navisworks.
• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Modeler skills, and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience in training and developing instructional materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
