Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day execution of construction activities at the site. Manage all aspects of bungalow construction, including civil works, finishing, and infrastructure. Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards and safety norms. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery. Monitor material consumption and labor productivity. Maintain daily reports, project progress updates, and site documentation. Use computer tools for project tracking, reporting, and communication. Candidate Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5 to 7 years of experience in bungalow/villa residential construction projects is mandatory. Strong understanding of structural drawings, finishing works, and MEP coordination. Proficient in basic computer operations (MS Office, email, project reporting tools). Good communication and site team management skills. Must be able to travel or stay near the project location if required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
