Purchase Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Forecast material requirements based on project schedules and BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and estimation teams to plan timely purchases. Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable vendor base for key materials like cement, steel, aggregates, RMC, MEP items, Labor Contractors, Tiles, Sanataries etc. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and work orders for materials and subcontracted services. Track orders, follow up on delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt at sites or warehouses. Maintain proper records of procurement transactions and contract files. Work closely with the site team, logistics, and finance departments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
