We're looking for a Purchase Manager to join our team at Cranberry.Fit

Role Overview

We are looking for a Purchase Manager for Cranberry.Fit - women’s health products - i.e. supplements, devices and more.

You’ll be responsible for identifying the right manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining smooth warehouse and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. MUST HAVE - Procurement & Sourcing - Source, evaluate and onboard suppliers/vendors

2. GOOD TO HAVE - Warehousing & Inventory Management - Manage warehousing, logistics and inventory control while coordinating with vendors for timely supply of stock

3. BONUS - Compliance & Documentation - Ensure products meet all regulatory and quality standards (CoA, CDSCO, FSSAI, GMP, ISO, FDA, AYUSH, etc.) by coordinating with labs and partners for documentation, sampling and testing.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

• 3–6 years of procurement, sourcing, warehousing and inventory management experience.
• Hands-on procurement and warehousing experience in pharma/FMCG/personal care/nutraceuticals, with strong vendor management and GMP/GDP-aligned onboarding.
• Solid grasp of inventory control, raw material qualification, packaging checks, storage conditions
• Would be a plus if you have experience with ERP/procurement tools (Zoho Inventory, Tally, Sortly, inFlow, Odoo; Shopify is a plus).
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus.
