Job Description

Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, developing supplier partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms and conditions.
Approve orders for goods and services as per company requirements.
Finalize purchase details including orders, deliveries, and vendor agreements.
Review and assess existing contracts for effectiveness and compliance.
Plan and implement sourcing strategies to optimize procurement efficiency.
Track and report key procurement metrics to reduce costs and improve performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity on specifications and expectations.
Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
Control expenditures and promote long-term savings in procurement activities.
