Furniture Estimation Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities: Identifying and quantifying all cost factors involved in the project. The primary focus would be on accurately estimating costs for furniture projects, including materials, labor, and production. Collaborate with project managers to review and validate cost estimates. Monitor project costs and expenses, highlighting deviations from the budget. Prepare cost analysis. Maintain organized records of estimates and provide updates to project managers as needed Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar field. Proven work experience as a cost estimator. Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes. High-level mathematical skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Good verbal and written communication skills. Advanced analytical skills. Good project management skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
