Job Description

As a dynamic City Sales Manager specializing in the Lifestyle and Subscription segment within the Retail and E-commerce domain, your primary responsibility will be to lead sales initiatives in Pune or Mumbai, Maharashtra. You will oversee B2C, B2B, and channel sales operations with a focus on driving revenue growth through your city-level team and expanding the partner network. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in prepaid card sales and the travel industry, coupled with a successful track record in team leadership and business development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive B2C, B2B, and channel sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets - Manage and mentor a city-level team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and partner agents - Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with local travel agents, utility bill resellers, and micro-franchisees **Qualifications Required:** - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, especially in prepaid cards and the travel industry - Proven ability to effectively lead and manage field sales teams - Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting - Excellent communication skills and fluency in local languages for effective customer engagement - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding partner networks This role also entails conducting product demonstrations, managing customer escalations, tracking sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools, and coordinating closely with regional leadership to align sales strategies and reporting. A willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas is a special requirement for this position. Based in Maharashtra, preferably Pune or Mumbai, this role provides an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and leadership skills in a competitive retail and e-commerce environment.
