Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive city

    -level revenue growth

    by maximizing occupancy and realizing revenue potential.
  • Ensure a steady

    supply of sellable rooms (DSRN)

    across the Guwahati hub.
  • Oversee

    collections and accounts receivable

    , ensuring timely payments from clients.
  • Monitor and review

    revenue and performance dashboards

    to enable informed decision-making.
  • Provide regular feedback on

    market dynamics, pricing trends, and demand behavior

    to align with strategic objectives.
  • Achieve performance goals around

    Revenue

    Customer Experience (Cx)

    , and

    Contribution Margin.

  • Implement initiatives to

    enhance guest experiences

    and maintain quality standards to drive repeat business.
  • Lead the

    resolution of conflicts

    involving property owners, internal teams, or customers with a focus on collaborative solutions.
  • Mentor and lead the

    field operations team

    , ensuring high performance and accountability.

  • Daily availability of Sellable Rooms (DSRN)
  • Revenue & Contribution Margin (Absolute INR)
  • Pay at Hotel (PAH) Realization
  • Daily Occupancy (URNs)
  • Guest Experience Matrix (Gx)

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Experience:

  • 12 to 16 years of overall experience
  • Minimum 7-10 years in a

    people management or leadership

    role
  • Hands-on experience with

    P&L management, field operations, and business growth.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in the

    hospitality, travel, or related service industry

  • Strong

    networking, analytical, and problem-solving

    skills
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and manage internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of

    local markets and customer behavior in the Assam/Northeast region
