About The Role

We are seeking a

highly skilled Cinematographer

to join our dynamic video production team. In this role, you will

define and execute the visual storytelling vision

across multiple formats — from cinematic masterclasses and brand films to high-quality educational and digital content.You will be responsible for designing lighting setups, handling professional cinema cameras, and ensuring each frame reflects our brand’s

premium visual standards

. This is a hands-on role that requires both

creative intuition and technical mastery

🎥 Key Responsibilities

  • Lighting & Cinematography
  • Design and execute professional lighting setups tailored to each project’s tone and creative brief — from cinematic to clean educational environments.
  • Ensure precise exposure control, particularly when shooting in S-Log or Log formats, to maximize dynamic range and color detail.
  • Achieve accurate skin tones, balanced highlights, and consistent lighting across diverse shooting conditions.
  • Camera Operation & Framing
  • Operate high-end cinema cameras (Sony FX series, Canon Cinema Line, Blackmagic, RED, etc.).
  • Plan and execute shot lists, storyboards, and camera movements aligned with narrative goals.
  • Capture engaging talk segments, dynamic B-roll, and product visuals while maintaining visual continuity and style.
  • Color Science & Look Development
  • Collaborate with colorists and editors to ensure consistency in color science and LUT application.
  • Manage color workflows from shoot to post, ensuring seamless look development and grading integration.
  • Maintain white balance, color temperature, and exposure uniformity across sessions.
  • Pre-Production & On-Set Workflow
  • Partner with directors, production designers, and producers to plan visual approaches and assess lighting and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct camera and lighting rehearsals to lock in setups before principal shooting.
  • Ensure smooth on-set execution, managing small crews and coordinating camera/lens/lights effectively.
  • Equipment Handling & Technical Management
  • Oversee camera, lighting, and grip equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and readiness.
  • Stay updated on emerging camera systems, lighting technologies, and workflow standards.
  • Recommend equipment upgrades and workflow improvements for enhanced efficiency.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2–3+ years as a Cinematographer / Director of Photography (DOP) / Senior Camera Operator in professional productions.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrable work across interviews, corporate films, commercials, educational content, and events.
  • Camera Expertise: Proficiency with Sony FX Series, Canon Cinema, Blackmagic, or RED cameras.
  • Lighting Mastery: Ability to design and execute lighting setups in both studio and on-location environments.
  • Color Workflow Knowledge: Experience with S-Log/RAW formats, LUTs, and grading pipelines.
  • Detail Orientation: Precision in exposure, texture, and framing to achieve consistent brand aesthetics.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, capable of working seamlessly with creative directors, editors, and post teams.
  • Organization: Ability to manage timelines, gear logistics, and production documentation.

  • Understanding of audio-visual synchronization and coordination with on-set sound teams.
