Metrol Studios is a fast-growing creative production house specializing in YouTube videos, podcasts, brand shoots, and social media content. We believe in visual storytelling that connects — combining creativity, clarity, and cinematic quality in every frame.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video content for YouTube, social media, interviews, brand shoots, and events.
• Handle both indoor (studio) and outdoor shoots efficiently, adapting to lighting and environmental conditions.
• Operate professional camera and gimbal setups (DJI Ronin, Zhiyun, etc.) for smooth and cinematic shots.
• Collaborate closely with the Director, Creative, and Production team to achieve the desired aesthetic and tone.
• Design and execute lighting setups suitable for various shoot types.
• Maintain and manage camera equipment, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with the editing team to ensure footage meets creative and technical standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cinematographer / DOP (portfolio or showreel mandatory).
• Strong understanding of camera operations, composition, framing, and lighting techniques.
• Proficiency in gimbal operations and handling dynamic shots.
• Experience in outdoor, event, and multi-location shoots.
• Familiarity with professional camera systems (Sony, Blackmagic, Canon, etc.).
• Knowledge of exposure, color profiles, and cinematic lighting.
• Ability to handle shoots independently and meet production timelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in shooting content for YouTube, branded films, podcasts, or digital campaigns.
• Basic understanding of color correction and post-production workflow.
• Awareness of current video trends and visual storytelling techniques.
