Junior Cinematographer

If you love shooting fast, experimenting with natural light, and turning everyday moments into cinematic stories — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Shoots with the Founder:

  Capture brand stories, founder messages, and creative content in engaging short-form video formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

• Brand Visual Storytelling:

  Translate emotional, wellness, and lifestyle concepts into compelling visual narratives.

• Product & Lifestyle Shoots:

  Shoot products, testimonial clips, and real-life brand moments in both studio and natural environments.

• Creative Collaboration:

  Work with the Creative Director, Social Media Manager, and Copywriter to plan daily/weekly shoot calendars.

• On-Set Direction:

  Guide the founder and team during shoots to bring natural, confident performances.

• Camera & Lighting Setup:

  Handle camera operation, lighting, sound, and composition to maintain high-quality output.

• Footage Management:

  Organize, back up, and deliver raw files daily to the editing team.

• Quick Turnaround:

  Adapt to fast-paced shoot schedules and deliver content-ready footage for daily uploads.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a cinematographer, videographer, or DOP (preferably in lifestyle, beauty, or brand content).
• Skilled in camera operation (Sony / Canon / Blackmagic preferred).
• Strong sense of lighting, framing, and shot composition.
• Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and storytelling for Reels.
• Basic editing or understanding of editing flow (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills — must be comfortable interacting directly with the Founder.
• A creative mindset with an eye for emotion, detail, and brand aesthetics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in shooting content with founders, influencers, or lifestyle brands.
• Ability to bring out personality-driven, authentic storytelling in visual form.
• Basic understanding of branding, aesthetics, and color psychology.
• A portfolio or showreel of previous work (mandatory).
