About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and target-driven Area Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales of Vitagoli, a premium women’s wellness brand. This role involves doctor visits (gynecologists, dermatologists) , retail pharmacy tie-ups, and ensuring secondary sales through strong relationship-building and territory management. Key Responsibilities Doctor Engagement • Regular visits to gynecologists, dermatologists, and general physicians • Product detailing, sample distribution, and follow-ups for prescription generation • Organize CMEs, clinics meets, and product demos Retail & Pharmacy Sales • Expand retail presence by onboarding chemists and wellness stores • Monitor product availability, visibility, and POS branding • Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely supply Sales Planning & Reporting • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports, competitor feedback, and territory insights • Monitor secondary sales and ensure order fulfillment Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, retailers, and channel partners • Address queries and ensure post-sale support Desired Candidate Profile ✅ 4+ years of experience in healthcare/FMCG field sales ✅ Strong communication & doctor detailing skills ✅ Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented ✅ Willing to travel extensively within assigned area ✅ Prior experience with gynecology or dermatology segments is a plus 📩 To apply, email your resume to: ruchika@magicinepharma.com Website: www.vitagoli.in
