At Vitagoli, social media is not just about posting it’s about creating a premium women-centric movement around health, beauty, and empowerment. Key Responsibilities • Content Strategy & Planning • Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand pillars (women’s empowerment, product education). • Manage content buckets: tactical (product), thematic (brand), community (UGC). • Creative Execution • Lead creation of reels, carousels, and stories with designers, copywriters, and videographers. • Ensure tone is premium, warm, and empowering. • Community Management • Engage with followers daily (DMs, comments, stories). • Create interactive formats: polls, quizzes, challenges, UGC prompts. • Performance & Analytics • Track weekly KPIs: reach, engagement, saves, shares, website clicks. • Optimize content based on insights and competitor benchmarks. • Collaboration & Campaigns • Work closely with performance marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to drive awareness → engagement → conversion. • Partner with influencers, doctors, and wellness experts for collaborations. • Trendspotting & Innovation • Stay ahead of Instagram trends and adapt for Vitagoli’s audience. • Introduce new formats that enhance brand memorability. Requirements • 4+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in D2C / FMCG / wellness / beauty. • Proven track record of growing Instagram pages with high engagement. • Strong understanding of Meta Ads synergy with organic content. • Ability to write premium, emotionally resonant captions. • Proficient in using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Sprout, Buffer, etc.). • Creative mindset with execution discipline.
